This one has a great zing and is a little on the earthy side.
Perhaps it should be classed more like a ‘roughy’ instead of a smoothie when it comes to consistency but none the less it packs a great therapeutic punch with it’s high antioxidants, fibre and enzymes as well as circulatory and anti-inflammatory properties.
3/4 cup Pineapple
1 cup Strawberries
½ cup Kale leaves
1 tsp Ginger grated
¼ cup Water
Remove the strawberry tops and chop the pineapple into pieces.
Remove the kale leaves from the stems.
Grate the ginger.
Combine the above ingredients with water and blitz.
