Beetroot ,Celery & Ginger Juice

IMG_1731 I love the colour of this rich red juice that’s packed full of nutrients.

No need to have a tall glass but a small shot is fine to start your day

Beetroot has some wonderful properties in particular its great for blood and cardiovascular health as it contains iron, folic acid and magnesium.

The celery is good to remove excess fluid from the body and ginger is anti inflammatory and great for circulatory health too.

Ingredients

1 Beetroot

1 stalk of Celery

1cm piece of fresh Ginger

1/4 Apple

Directions

Peel the beetroot and chop into wedges.

Trim the celery into lengths for juicing.

Chop the ginger

Chop a wedge of apple.

Process the ingredients through your juicer.

Admire the colour and consume immediately.
