Urinary tract Infection is very common particularly in women. Most of my female clients over the age of 25 have experienced the symptoms at least once in their life.

Signs and symptoms include frequency of urination, painful urination, sense of urgency to urinate, urine is cloudy in colour.

Corn silk tea has been known especially in Asia for a long time for urinary health. Corn silk are the fibres inside the ear of corn. These can be made into a tea by boiling the corn (whole) in water and then drinking the liquid hot or cold. You use it as a soup base also.
