You are invited to attend a beach day spa event to nurture you naturally.

Time: 8:30am -10:30 am
Venue: Cronulla vicinity (Location TBA on booking).
This is a practical hands on workshop.
Spend a morning at the beach on the sand, pampering and cleansing your body with natural therapeutic ingredients.
Rinse off with a dip in the ocean, followed by a relaxing meditation & head massage and concluding with refreshments.

Meet your Facilitators
Sharon Ross is a Naturopathic Practitioner and founder of the Dragonfly Natural Therapies Centre at North Rocks and Picnic Point . Sharon holds diplomas in Advanced Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Homoeopathy and Remedial Massage. She conducts regular workshops on alternative therapies including stress management, detoxing your body, healthy vegetarian cooking, crystal healing and using your intuition. She also runs health and wellbeing retreats locally and internationally for all groups throughout the year. Sharon specialises in Iridology readings, Nutritional Medicine, Access Consciousness Bars, Remedial Massage, Reiki, Aromatherapy and Flower Essences. She has a particular interest in the health of women and children. During her caring and professional consultations, Sharon is committed to achieving holistic well being and providing awareness of health of the body, mind and spirit.
Liselle is a diploma qualified beauty therapist in the Sutherland Shire with a passion for wellbeing. She has incorporated a holistic approach into her beauty room, offering aromatherapy infused beauty treatments & reiki healing. Her passion for natural health has lead her to being a wellness advocate for doTERRA essential oils where she holds regular wellness workshops educating women & families on how to use natural solutions in the home for enhanced wellbeing.
